STATELESS
Written By Eric Eldredge

I’m on a journey to discover my way
Recover the things I have left
My visions are blurry, I can’t comprehend
The things that I’ve second guessed
Lost in these moments, awash in my dreams
Afraid of things unknown
The sights before me are too hard to see
I can’t believe what I’m shown

A new day starts again for me
To let me search for better things
No will to live in days gone by
The sirens will forever sing

I keep on treading through this land
To keep this pilgrimage alive
My footsteps are obscured by the sand
This is a path I take alone

My faith is determined by things that I see
Not by things I will hear
To forge resolve, to find a new place
I won’t succumb to this fear
To feel a pulse that is my own
To know of what I consist
These times are trying, the way is unclear
To how I really exist

A new day starts again for me
To let me search for better things
No will to live in days gone by
The sirens will forever sing

I keep on treading through this land
To keep this pilgrimage alive
My footsteps are obscured by the sand
This is a path I take alone
